As a supporter of the Pushkin Legacy, you not only help preserve the literary and cultural legacy of Alexander Pushkin—you also join us in celebrating the vibrant artistic spirit of modern Russia.
We’re honored to introduce you to the breathtaking works of Boris Chetkov—one of Russia’s most visionary and emotionally expressive painters. His art, curated by Kenneth Pushkin, is available in a special collection of limited edition prints, ideal for home, office, or gifting.
Each piece is a celebration of color, soul, and imagination—reflecting the very spirit of artistic freedom that Pushkin himself embodied.
Boris Chetkov's life and his works, in all of their unconventional brilliance, trace the history of the Soviet Era from Stalin through the collapse of the USSR and into the 21st century.
Chetkov was the stand-alone progenitor of Abstract Expressionism in Postwar Russia, which cast him as a rebel and an outsider. Yet through all of his travails, in the last year of his life, 2010, he was recognized as a national treasure and honored with the first one-man exhibition ever held at the Konstantinovsky Presidential Palace.
His timeless works make a powerful statement—refined, expressive, and deeply human.
By collecting a piece of Boris Chetkov’s vision,
you invest in beauty—and in a cause that values creativity,
cultural heritage, and future generations.
